Detailed Product Description
1. The machine coats a variety of flat surfaces, such as wood, plastic and metal. It ensures a smooth and full paint coat with no chromatic defects.
2. The highly stable movement of the doctor roller and the worktable is controlled by an independent screw jack.
3. The doctor roller and rubber roller are controlled by independent transducers and reducers, which guarantee high precision.
4. Equipped with an imported PU scraper that is durable and solvent-proof. The coating thickness can be set between 5~10 g/m2.
5. This new coater can use many types of paints, such as PU, UV and water-based. The unused paint can be reclaimed rapidly without any waste.
